A rough guide to the ordering and
costing of your Wedding Cupcakes
Cupcakes
* Cupcakes are priced at £10 per 12 Large or 24 Minis
* You can order as many different flavours as you want but the minimum order is 12 Large or 24 Minis (please view flavours on the Cupcake page)
* Basic decoration is included (colours, sprinkles, glitter). Any special decorations can be priced on request. We have a huge range of edible butterflies and flowers available at an extra cost.
* If you would like anything written on your cupcakes (large cakes only), it is free for the first 24 cakes, and £0.15 per cake thereafter.
* Wired Hearts are available in gold, silver and white and are £3.00 a pair.
* Special flavours can be requested.
* The 'standard' amount of cupcakes for a wedding is 1 per guest plus 1 or 2 dozen spare.
* We bake your cupcakes the day before your wedding, or if the wedding is later in the day, the same morning. They will last for three days so there is no need to worry about them going stale.
* We reccomend that the cakes be displayed for no longer than four hours.
* We can provide Individual Cupcake Boxes in most colours and these start at £0.90 each.
Top Cakes
* We can make 6’’ (£15.00), 8’’ (£20.00) or 10’’ (£30.00) top cakes.
* Special flavours can be requested.
* We do not keep cake toppers on stock but you are welcome to give us your topper ahead of your big day.
* Basic decoration is included (colours, writing, sprinkles, glitter). Any special decorations can be priced on request.
* Any of the cakes can be iced with regal icing if you prefer.

Banana Raspberry
Banana cake filled with crushed berries and frosted with vanilla cream cheese icing
Banoffee Cake
Banana cake filled with chocolate cream and frosted with toffee buttercream!
Coconut Cake
Light and fluffy coconut cake with coconut buttercream and coconut flakes!
Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate syrup drenched chocolate cakes filled with chocolate mascarpone and covered in creamy chocolate ganache
Chocolate Sponge
Chocolate Cake filled and iced with Chocolate Buttercream
Coffee
Coffee sponge filled and covered with coffee buttercream and decorated with pecan halves
Lemon
Lemon Cake filled and iced with Lemon Buttercream
Lemon Victoria Sponge
Lemon cakes sandwiched with lemon curd mascarpone and dusted with icing sugar
Vanilla
Vanilla Cake with Vanilla Buttercream. Filled with Strawberry Jam and Cream (can also be filled with strawberries and fresh cream)
Victoria Sponge
Tender sponged sandwiched with whipped cream and fresh seasonal berries
Stand Hire
* Hire of our 7 tier acrylic stand and set up of your cakes is £25.00
* You are welcome to hire the stand even if you are collecting your cakes from us.
* Our stands hold approximately 80 Large Cupcakes. We have a second stand if you need it (Stand hire is £25 if you hire 1 or 2 stands)
* 7 tier acrylic stands can be purchased through us at the cost of £50.00 each
Delivery
* We make all our deliveries ourselves, we NEVER use a courier.
* Delivery is free within Enfield
* We can deliver to most of North London and Hertfordshire. We may be able to deliver a little further depending on our availability.
* Delivery is charged per mile so please get in touch with your venue postcode and we can provide you with the delivery charge quote.
* If you are outside our delivery area you are more than welcome to come and collect your cupcakes from us.
Provisonal Bookings and Deposits
* We get booked up quickly, especially at the weekends so get in touch asap! We can hold a date for you whilst you decide on what to order.
* To hold your date we require a non-refundable deposit of £25 which will be subtracted from your final total. If you decide to take a risk by not paying this we cannot guaruntee the date will remain available for you.
* Final numbers, details and balance payment is due in full one month before your big day.
Special Diet Cupcakes
* If there is anyone coming to your wedding who has an allergy or special diet (vegan, diabetic, celiac, etc…) we can make 1-2 cupcakes for them and keep them separate from the display.
* You can have all of your cupcakes catered to a particular special diet (we cater for any special diet you can think of!)
Samples
* If you wish to sample our cupcakes we have to charge you for them at the regular rate of £5.00 per 6 or £10.00 per 12. The cost of one batch of sample cupcakes can be redeemed should you place on order over £200.
